'Masculine/feminine/neutrum' in the table refers to the gender of the thing/person (noun) we talk about, NOT to the gender of the speaker!!!

  • Mary's and John's tent = "Njun šotor" (dual form is used because Mary and John are two people, therefore dual)
  • Mary's and John's mother = "Njuna mama" (dual form is used with an -a anding because mama is feminine noun)
